Party Dining at The Plough

The following menu is a formula designed to help produce the best possible party at The Plough.

It is not intended to be restrictive, we regard any large party as a bespoke event that should be tailored to your needs.

We would like to advise, however, that offering too much choice at the time of service can be confusing and inevitably slows down the service to a considerable degree.

One option, and very much in The Plough style, on arrival order your main course over drinks in the bar. Once you are seated at your table a selection of hors d'oeuvres will be placed in the middle of the table and guests help themselves. The selection of hor d'oeuvres will be an interesting selection of meat, fish and vegetarian.

This works well not just in terms of speed but acts as an excellent ice breaker and quickly brings an easy informality to the party. Guests then relax and all enjoy the main business of enjoying themselves and each other's company and get on with the party.

The Pillar Room can seat up to 28 guests.

The Glass Room can seat up to 14 guests.
